Please! Remain in your seats, I beg you! We are not children here, we are scientists! I assure you there is nothing to fear!

A night of little sleep.
Lots of electrodes.
Cameras watching me while I lay in bed.
Voices.
Early "wake up."

Then the news... I don't qualify for a C-pap.

I failed the test. Dang! More insomnia...

Okay I am laughing hysterically... gut-clenching type laughter. Sorry friend. Hate to derive so much pleasure from your pain. I will keep praying for sleep--that elusive jewel--to come.

The worse part of this ordeal is that I found out I am bald...

As a Cpap user myself, I know that sleep apnea is not usually manifest by insomnia. In fact, people with sleep apnea often fall asleep when they don't want to because that are not effectively sleeping at all.

There are other sleep disorders that can cause insomnia. Work through some of the sleep disorder forums and you'll find others with this problem

Wait, Tony your bald?!? Well, I never was quite tall enough to see that high.

Maybe I need to invest in some tall shoes...

ok, so I deleted the last comment because it was supposed to be from me, not steven. What I said was..."hmmm, now I think I have a better idea of what my dad has been going through for the past 3 months. I don't know what they found out for him, but he has been sleeping in the hospital quite a few times to be studied. Strange stuff."
